Ecomtrackify ("we", "our", or "us") provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications for e-commerce merchants, beginning with our app "TipJoy". By using our website or installing any of our apps (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Ecomtrackify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Shopify store (or platform supported by our apps)
- Agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these conditions.
3. Account & Access
By installing our app (e.g. TipJoy), you authorize us to access certain store data as permitted by Shopify's API and App Store policies.
You remain responsible for:
- Maintaining access credentials
- Keeping your Shopify account in good standing
- All actions taken using your store with our app installed
4. Fees & Payments
Some of our apps (like TipJoy) offer both free and paid plans.
- Fees are charged via the Shopify billing system
- All charges are processed according to Shopify's subscription model
- You can cancel or downgrade at any time through your Shopify admin
Ecomtrackify reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. App Usage & Limitations
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell our services
- Interfere with system security or integrity
- Abuse features (e.g. spamming customers with tips or emails)
We may suspend access if abnormal or harmful behavior is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software developed by Ecomtrackify are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding, UI, or copy without permission.
7. Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Shopify disables your store
- Our app is sunset or shut down (with advance notice)
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, or performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ecomtrackify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising from use or inability to use our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you by posting on our website or in-app. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
